VOWHOO is here to make a bach party unforgettable for all the right reasons. These terms are the rules of the game for everyone. By using VOWHOO you agree to them.

1. Who can use it

Only people 21 and older. By entering you confirm you are.

2. The game and the dares

• Every dare is optional. A "no" is accepted the first time, no matter who says it.
• Drinking challenges always have an alcohol-free option worth the same points. Drink responsibly, follow local laws and never drink and drive.
• In challenges with strangers, the other person decides whether to take part. Be respectful to bar staff and neighbors.
• Don't do anything illegal, dangerous, or that could humiliate or harass anyone. If a dare doesn't fit, pass or change it.

3. Photos, videos and messages

• What you upload is still yours. You give us permission to store it and show it inside VOWHOO to the right people: your crew and, if you post it, the public wall and your crew profile.
• Only upload and post content that everyone in it is OK with. Never post minors or people who don't know about it.
• Sexually explicit, violent, discriminatory, infringing or illegal content is not allowed.
• You can take down anything you posted on the wall whenever you want.

4. Bach party network

• It's optional: your crew decides whether to appear and what to show.
• Other crews only see your approximate area. Your exact location is only shared in a matched chat, and only when you choose.
• If you meet up with another crew, do it in public places and use common sense. VOWHOO doesn't organize those meetups and isn't responsible for what happens at them.
• You can block and report any crew from their chat.

5. Moderation and reports

Anyone can report a post or a crew. Posts with several reports are hidden automatically until they're reviewed. We can remove content, hide crews or block access for anyone who breaks these terms. For complaints or appeals, email quierolio.app@gmail.com.

6. Purchases

• The game is free. The only paid option is the watermark-free night video: you pay once per party and the whole crew can make the video without the VOWHOO watermark.
• The price is shown before you pay. Sales tax may be added at checkout where it applies. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• It's digital content delivered right away, so purchases are final once the video is unlocked. If the video can't be made because of a problem on our side, email quierolio.app@gmail.com with your party code and we'll refund you.

7. The service

VOWHOO is provided "as is" and is still in testing. We do our best to keep it working, but there may be bugs or outages, for example when there's no signal. We may change or remove features, with reasonable notice when it affects parties in progress.

8. Responsibility

Everyone is responsible for what they do during the party and what they post. To the extent the law allows, we're only liable for damage caused by our own actions, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
